The location in a nice enough area was GOOD and absolutely perfect and there were a supermarket and stores nearby. Visited Bar Yrigoyen for a few drinks, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, recommend.

What I most liked about the hotel was its localization, near everything, including metro. What I didn't like : 1 ) the room was not swept everyday,2) saw some small cockroaches coming out of the bathroom drain.If you asked me if I would ever come back to stay on another occasion, I would say : probably yes.

we especially booked this hotel as it advertised a swimming pool.On arrival we were told it was not in use and seeing it,it appears to have not been in use for a long time.There was a fountain running into it with only a foot or so of dirty water in the bottom.As visitors to a hot country we particularly wanted a pool and otherwise would not have booked this hotel.We suggest the pool is removed immediately removed from their listing of facilities.This comment also affects our rating of the correctness of your web site.

The staff at Up America Plaza made sure our stay was enjoyable. It was convenient to reach Congreso as it was only a 15-minute walk away. There was also a metro station right next to the entrance. And to top it off, we had access to free WiFi throughout our stay.

The rooms were clean and large. The staff were friendly and helpful - especially with calling taxis and helping with other arrangements. (English speaking was fair.) This is more a tourist hotel, rather than a business hotel. But the location was excellent, just across from the Palacio del Congreso de la Nación. It was also near a convenient Subte station. The breakfast, on the 11th floor (with a view!) was good. Coffee, great. Free wireless access was the biggest perk. I would stay here again - and recommend it to friends.
